Every calculation uses public formulas and official sources cited on each page. Even so:

• results are general estimates, not individual assessments;
• clinical factors the calculator does not ask about — history, test results, current medication, among others — can change the interpretation of a value completely;
• health decisions must always go through a qualified professional. This site is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the results shown here alone.

If a calculated value suggests risk, for example a result outside the normal range, seek medical care. Do not wait for confirmation from this site.
